Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Feeling Epic. We want you to feel empowered and confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please keep in mind that we are a small startup company so don’t take advantage of our kindness.
We accept returns within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached
Items must be free of stains, scents, or signs of wear
If your return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your refund.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return your original item and place a new order.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Any item marked "non-returnable" at checkout
To initiate a return:
Email us at zel@feeling-epic.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
We do not charge restocking fees
